Rehab Medical Recognizes Employee Success at its Annual Conference

Updated: Mar 1

From January 4-5, 2024, Rehab Medical descended upon the Westin Indianapolis for its 2024 Annual Conference. Accompanied by sister companies, Cork Medical and Forza Commercial Real Estate, more than 650 employees were in attendance, making it the company’s largest Annual Conference to date.

Individual successes were the primary focus of day one but not before the 2023 leadership exploration and development (L.E.A.D.) participants completed their capstone presentations. Divided into five groups, each group collectively came up with unique ways to visually represent their learnings from the program.

The L.E.A.D. program, founded in late 2019, is a leadership development program designed to help new and emerging leaders strengthen their leadership skills by understanding how to lead through change and conflict, the difference between accountability and ownership, as well as managing time and energy effectively.

The Field Awards Banquet, held at Crane Bay Event Center, was home to a record number of award winners, most of which were all first-time award winners. The night began with the announcement of the top sales and operational leaders, then concluding with Rehab Medical joining sister company, Cork Medical, to celebrate the 2023 President’s Club winners. All sales and operational leaders as well as President’s Club winners were formally recognized for their outstanding achievements and received an all-expenses paid trip to Secrets Cap Cana Resort & Spa in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. This prestigious award was created to recognize individuals who have made a lasting impact on the company as well as the patients they’ve served for more than a decade. This year, the Circle of Excellence award went to Zack Pasley, a sales representative based in Indianapolis, and Clay Stewart, a sales representative based in Louisville.

Day two was also home to many award winners which included service excellence awards and core value awards. These awards are based on employees demonstrating service excellence or exemplifying one of the three company core values, hard work with balance, energetic to achieve, and compassion.
