Philanthropic Opportunities

Improving lives is at the forefront of our mission and we achieve this by not only providing mobility freedom to our patients but by allowing our employees to give back to their communities through volunteer activities. Each year we award employees eight hours of paid time off specifically for volunteering at a charitable organization of their choosing.

Mentorship Program

We offer a 6-week onboarding program for all new employees to help them gain a better understanding of the company and how our mission of improving lives ties into their specific role. Additionally, each employee will be paired with one of their peers to help them get acclimated to the company and their new role while also building lifelong friendships.

Career Development

Rehab Medical offers a plethora of career development programs, one of which focuses on leadership exploration and development (LEAD). The six-month program, offered twice a year, focuses on developing emerging and existing leaders as they seek to become a more conscious leader and be effective in leading their teams to accomplish our mission and goals.

All new employees will go through a 2-day guided onboarding process at our headquarters in Indianapolis where we will provide you with the tools and resources needed to succeed in your new role. Additionally, we offer an employee assistance program for any employee needing personal or professional assistance. This resource is completely confidential and free to employees.
