Rehab Medical Honors Employee Excellence at 2026 Annual Conference

Rehab Medical hosted its Annual Conference January 8-9, 2026, in Indianapolis, Indiana. More than 700 employees were brought to the JW Marriott Indianapolis to reflect on a record-breaking year and prepare for 2026.


Themed United in PurposeCharged for Greatness, the conference focused on three key objectives: educating employees through career development seminars, aligning teams around shared values and goals for the future, and celebrating individual and collective achievements.



Day One began on Thursday morning with the 2025 leadership exploration and development (L.E.A.D.) graduates completing their capstone presentations. Each of these leaders presented to the company what new leadership skills they acquired over the year and how they plan to apply these skills moving into 2026. The L.E.A.D. program, founded in late 2019, is a leadership development program designed to help new and emerging leaders strengthen their leadership skills by understanding how to lead through change and conflict, the difference between accountability and ownership, and managing time and energy effectively.


As the day turned to evening, the invited team members reconvened at the JW Marriott Indianapolis to celebrate field award winners and top sales award winners. Rehab Medical's Chief Sales Officer, Keith Hawkins, and Vice President of Operations Jarrad Rankin, announced the Sales and Operational Excellence Club award winners. Rehab Medical recognized more than 40 award winners, including some first-time recipients. In addition to being recognized amongst their peers, all sales and operational leaders, as well as President’s Club winners, were formally recognized for their outstanding achievements and received an all-expenses-paid trip to Atelier Playa Mujeres!
