Rehab Medical Recognizes Employee Success at its 2025 Annual Conference

From January 9-10, 2025, Rehab Medical descended upon the Westin Indianapolis for its 2025 Annual Conference. Over 600 employees were brought to the Circle City to reflect on a record-breaking year and prepare for 2025. Themed Scaling New Heights, the conference focused on three key objectives: educating employees through career development seminars, aligning teams around shared values and goals for the future, and celebrating individual and collective achievements.
Day One began with the 2024 leadership exploration and development (L.E.A.D.) graduates completing their capstone presentations. Additionally, we honored the first graduates of our new level two L.E.A.D class. Amongst the 2024 L.E.A.D grads were:

The L.E.A.D. program, founded in late 2019, is a leadership development program designed to help new and emerging leaders strengthen their leadership skills by understanding how to lead through change and conflict, the difference between accountability and ownership, as well as managing time and energy effectively.
The Field Awards Banquet, held at Crane Bay Event Center, was home to a record number of award winners, most of which were all first-time award winners. The night began with the announcement of the top sales and operational leaders, then concluding with Rehab Medical joining sister company, Cork Medical, to celebrate the 2024 President’s Club winners. All sales and operational leaders as well as President’s Club winners were formally recognized for their outstanding achievements and received an all-expenses paid trip to Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres.
