Service Team Strives to Improve Lives
Updated: Jul 10
After driving around Indianapolis in a U-Haul for hours trying to get his wheelchair fixed, Levi was turned away by three DME companies who refused to offer assistance on a chair not originally purchased from them. Then he found us. Specifically, he found Rehab Medical Service Manager Corey Hunt.
Corey sprung to action and scrounged together enough tools (we don't have a service garage at our corporate office) to help get Levi's chair up and running again so he could get back to focusing on the more important things in life.
Corey, and the rest of our outstanding service team, exemplify why we strive so hard to improve lives. It's not just a tagline, it's the compass that steers our company to make a positive impact on the lives of those who entrust us with their medical equipment needs.
Someday we hope to have the opportunity to leave a lasting impact on your life as well.
