Rehab Medical Promotes Kenny Hicks to Chief Technology Officer

Rehab Medical, Inc., a national leader in Complex Rehab Technology (CRT), extended its commitment to software development and network security by promoting Kenny Hicks to Chief Technology Officer today. Hicks previously served as the director of technology the last two years.

Hicks has led the transformation of Rehab Medical’s customer relationship management system, Sales Pilot, during his tenure with the company. The platform is the engine behind the company’s internal system that consistently produces the industry’s fastest mobility equipment turnaround time. In addition, Hicks also led the development for Rehab Seating, a new application launched in 2019 that allows patients and medical professionals to track orders in real time.

“We firmly believe that having enterprise-level visibility into the status of our orders, in real time, allows us to move quickly and communicate more effectively, ultimately allowing us to provide the best outcomes for those we serve." — Kevin Gearheart, President

“Our commitment to technology is second to none in this industry,” said Rehab Medical President Kevin Gearheart. “We firmly believe that having enterprise-level visibility into the status of our orders, in real time, allows us to move quickly and communicate more effectively, ultimately allowing us to provide the best outcomes for those we serve. Kenny has adopted this mindset and shown that he will drive us forward in an innovative manner.”

Hicks leads a technology team of seven individuals tasked with improving network security and developing innovative applications for Rehab Medical and its affiliate companies. Altogether his team oversees all technology requests for more than 30 locations.
