Advancements Reflect Commitment to Innovation and Operational Excellence

Rehab Medical, one of the nation’s leading providers of complex rehab technology (CRT), announced the promotions of Ryan Weinrich to vice president of field operations, Matt Gottfried to vice president of marketing, and Amanda Andis to vice president of revenue cycle management. These newly created leadership roles are part of 33 promotions that have occurred across the company in the first half of 2026, reflecting Rehab Medical's ongoing commitment to developing internal talent while supporting continued growth and innovation.
Ryan Weinrich – Vice President of Field Operations

Beginning his career at Rehab Medical more than five years ago, Weinrich served as Rehab Medical’s senior director of field operations. In that role, his consistency and commitment drove him to create structure, clarity, and service excellence within satellite offices across the organization. This played a critical role in the company’s growth and success.
As vice president of field operations, Weinrich will focus on building strong foundations to support growth, developing talent internally, setting teams up for long-term success, and creating clear career paths for employees.
"I'm excited to work on long-term strategies and big-picture initiatives that improve our operations and make our company a better place for both employees and patients,” said Weinrich.
Weinrich has already made improvements to support leadership development. In 2026, he introduced a new Regional Operations Manager role and added six additional leadership roles.
These new roles not only support long-term growth but also show how the company is focused on building the right structures to deliver the best patient outcomes.
Matt Gottfried – Vice President of Marketing

Starting his career at Rehab Medical nearly eight years ago as the company’s first marketing employee, Matt Gottfried built a team from one to a dozen. His dedication and commitment to improving lives have helped Rehab Medical achieve widespread brand recognition, strong industry credibility, and exceptional employee communications.
“I strive to create a culture where the team feels inspired to take risks, expand their skills, and feel part of something much bigger than themselves,” said Gottfried. “The more we can find ways to use our strengths to help others, the more rewarding the experience can be.”
As the newly appointed vice president of marketing, Gottfried will have a heavier focus on refining marketing campaigns to better align with sales goals, strengthening communication channels for both patients and employees, and bridging gaps between sales and marketing.
Amanda Andis – Vice President of Revenue Cycle

Starting at Rehab Medical in the fall of 2024, Amanda Andis has driven meaningful improvements in cash collections, built a strong, accountable team, and led several process improvement initiatives to set a better foundation for how we operate. As vice president of revenue cycle, Andis will bring the full revenue cycle team together by overseeing each of its departments, including initial billing, payment posting, data administration, and payment analysis.
“One of our biggest opportunities is continuing to look at revenue cycle as a unified process rather than a series of individual functions. Many of the challenges we see downstream can be traced back to opportunities earlier in the process. Greater visibility and collaboration across teams will better position us to identify and address issues at the source.”
Amanda’s promotion reflects Rehab Medical’s commitment to employee development, operational excellence, and innovation. Through her leadership, the organization is well-positioned to strengthen processes, empower employees, leverage technology, and ultimately improve outcomes for patients.

"At Rehab Medical, we believe our greatest competitive advantage is our people,” said Kevin. “Ryan, Matt, and Amanda embody the values that define our culture. Their leadership journeys reflect the type of organization we are building: one that develops talent from within, creates opportunities for people to grow, and remains relentlessly focused on our mission. These promotions are a testament to the impact they've made and the confidence we have in the future they'll help create for our employees, patients, and company."
As Rehab Medical continues to grow, the organization remains focused on fostering a culture where employees can learn, develop, and build meaningful careers while helping deliver life-changing mobility solutions to patients across the country.
