4. Elf

One of comedy’s biggest stars makes one of the biggest box office hits in cinematic history. Will Ferrell’s Elf is an instant classic. The film focuses on Buddy, an adult man who grew up thinking he was an elf, who then travels to New York from the North Pole to find his biological father.
