In early January, Rehab Medical and Cork Medical assembled to celebrate a successful 2019 and ring in an exciting upcoming year at the 2020 Annual Conference. The conference took place at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Indianapolis on January 9th and 10th, bringing together team members from all over the country.
Individual successes were the primary focus of night one, as both sales and operations teams
had awards banquets to recognize the highest performing members of their respective teams. Zack Pasley and Peggy Roederer, of Rehab Medical and Cork Medical respectively, came away with highest honors as the top salespeople in their respective companies. On the operations side, Frank Williams, Marvin Hollowell, Lawanda Morris, Autumn Fogle, Michael McQueary, and Ben Alexander all came away with excellence awards for their work during 2019.
Whereas day one was a celebration of the individual, day two was a celebration of team success. Executives from both Rehab Medical and Cork Medical addressed both companies about goals exceeded in 2019 and goals that have been set for 2020. Over the past three years, Rehab Medical has grown 30% every year, and they intend to do the same in 2020. In 2019, Cork Medical began manufacturing their own line of wound pumps, and they foresee much more growth in product distribution over the coming year.
These two days of celebration and preparation for the coming year culminated in a Gatsby-themed casino night hosted by Rehab Medical’s top sales representative in 2019, Zack Pasley. Black Jack, Roulette, and Texas Hold ‘Em were played, food and drink were enjoyed, and incredible costumes were abound as Pasley guided his fellow employees through various games and awarded a myriad of prizes to those who entered their names into the drawings.
This casino night was the perfect cap on a wild and successful 2019, and served as an equally perfect bridge into a 2020 that is full of potential. This gathering reinforces that Rehab Medical, Cork Medical, OMS Rehab, and Rehab Medical Supply have the teams in place to lead us to success, and we’re all excited to see where we will go and grow in the new year.
